Designed for confident everyday cooking, the Kuhn Rikon CULINARY FIVEPLY casserole with lid combines a robust multi-layer build with practical details for controlled results. Its 5-ply construction uses stainless steel with 3 layers of aluminium through the core, finished with stainless steel, and a material thickness of 3.2 mm.

Heat is distributed evenly across the base and up to the rim, helping ingredients warm consistently from the sides as well as underneath. An inner litre/quart scale supports measuring directly in the pan, while the closed rim and clean-lined design make it straightforward to handle and clean. Ergonomic stainless steel side handles are designed to stay cool for comfortable lifting, and the stainless steel lid is included for covered cooking.

Use and care

• Allow cookware to cool for a few minutes before cleaning
• Wash with washing-up liquid and dry carefully, or clean in the dishwasher
• If very dirty, soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning
• Never fill hot products with cold water or immerse them in cold water
• Limescale deposits and stains can be cleaned with SWISS CLEANER cleaning paste
