SPARBAR® SB1 SLIP BAG - VINTAGE BROWN

Designed to help refine defensive boxing skills, the SPARBAR SB1 Slip Bag creates a moving target for practising slipping, ducking and rolling. Hung from a doorway or ceiling, the bag swings to simulate a thrown punch, supporting timing and head movement drills as part of a focused training routine.

Made from 100% cowhide leather, it is filled and weighted at approximately 1kg padding to encourage a consistent swing motion. The Slip Bag comes complete with a hanging chain attachment, making it straightforward to set up in a suitable training space.
