Kuhn Rikon EASY CERAMIC FRYING PAN

The EASY CERAMIC frying pan is more environmentally friendly than most frying pans because it is made of high-quality, 100% recycled aluminium and is produced with up to 95% less energy than conventional aluminium pans. The high-quality recycled aluminium is even harder than pure aluminium because it is combined from different aluminium alloys, which makes the frying pan more durable.

Thanks to the base with full-surface induction plate and the good material properties of the aluminium, the heat is distributed evenly on the food and ensures a better frying result with more cooking pleasure.

Thanks to the reinforced ceramic coating, the EASY CERAMIC frying pan is ideal for browning and frying tender vegetables, breaded/marinated meat and crispy fried potatoes. It is important to always use fat/oil so that nothing sticks.

The ceramic coating has good heat permeability, which makes frying crispy food even more pleasant. In addition, the smooth surface simplifies cleaning because the pan is quickly clean again with just a little water and washing-up liquid.

The ergonomic handle made of bakelite stays cool even at high temperatures and is very comfortable to hold.

Use & Care

• Always cool the pan before cleaning, as large heat variations can cause permanent deformation and damage the coating.
• For cleaning use hot water and a soft sponge or gentle nylon brush. (do not use steel wool or scouring pads).
• Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents on the inside.
• Burnt residues can be more easily removed after soaking in hot water.
• Cleaning in a dishwasher may lead to a reduction in the non-stick properties caused by aggressive detergents, therefore we recommend washing by hand.
