Swiss made in Switzerland, it is crafted from high-quality, 100% recycled aluminium from Europe and produced with up to 95% less energy than conventional cookware. A thick base with a full-surface induction plate supports steady heating across the pan.

A durable 3-layer non-stick coating reinforced with ceramic particles helps reduce sticking and supports low-fat cooking. For controlled handling, the ergonomic stainless steel handle is constructed in three parts to interrupt heat transfer, and a pouring rim aids neat serving. The glass lid includes a steam opening for convenient monitoring during cooking.

Use and care

• Clean after use with a soft cloth or sponge in hot soapy water
