Designed for everyday cooking, the Kuhn Rikon Classic Plus 3pc saucepan set combines durable 18/10 stainless steel with a non-stick finish and practical draining lids. Each pan is supplied with a vented glass lid, helping to keep an eye on cooking while retaining heat, flavours and aromas.

A thick, fully encapsulated impact bonded base is used for efficient heat absorption and distribution, while the ergonomic bakelite handles are designed to stay cool on the hob. Two pouring spouts and an all round rolled pouring lip support cleaner serving, and the draining lid function helps reduce mess when preparing vegetables, rice, pulses and potatoes.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting the pan, then use hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue
• Hand wash and dry the pan and lid before first use
• If cleaning by hand use hot, soapy water; stubborn burnt on stains might need soaking first
• Use a nylon brush or scourer for gentle cleaning; do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers
• Avoid dragging your pan across a glass topped hob
• Try to match the diameter of the pan to the ring on the hob
• Always heat up a pan gradually, don’t place it on a high heat
• Use silicone, wooden or metal utensils; do not use sharp implements, such as knives, or electric blenders in the pan
• The pan handle will stay cool on the hob provided gas flames are not licking up the side
• Use oven gloves when removing pans from the oven
• Do not place pans on the oven floor, always use an oven shelf
• Misuse invalidates the guarantee; overheating or burnt in residues are not covered
• Limescale marks can be removed with a little lemon juice or vinegar
