Kuhn Rikon Smart & Compact Cork Trivet Set

A really useful trivet from the innovative, Swiss designed range of Smart & Compact by Kuhn Rikon. Made from sustainable cork with a magnet for attaching to pots and pans.

Cork is an ideal material for a trivet because it has a high resistance to heat and low conductivity to ensure your work surface and table is well protected. It is also resistant to absorbing liquid, so spills can be wiped away.

Best of all this trivet has a small magnet in the centre, so the trivet will attach to any pan with a magnetic base, which is most pans suitable for use on an induction hob. This means that, once the trivet is attached, you can move the pan around and know that the trivet is attached to protect your work surface or table. Now that’s Smart!
