KuKoo 3 Pan Wet Well Bain Marie

From KuKoo, this 3 Pan Wet Well Bain Marie is designed to keep pre-cooked food warm and ready to serve in commercial kitchens and at events. Using a water well to create steam, it helps food stay moist while holding a consistent temperature for service throughout the day.

A glass sneeze guard creates a clear display and provides a practical serving area, while helping to prevent cross contamination. Supplied with 3 x GN 1/2 pans and lids, it’s well suited to dishes such as soup, chilli and gravy. Temperature can be adjusted via the thermostat between 30-85°C, and an easy-empty drainage valve makes it simpler to empty the water well when required.
