KuKoo Grease Trap – 120 Litres

From KuKoo, this 120L Grease Trap is designed to support smooth, hygienic drainage in busy commercial kitchens. Fitted under the sink, it captures and separates food waste from oil and water to help improve drainage quality and reduce the need for frequent emptying.

Inside, a large basket collects food waste as it enters the trap, while small holes allow water to pass through and oil to rise to the surface. A baffle partitions the tank into two sections, with a 2cm clearance beneath it to allow water to transfer over while remaining segregated from the oil. Water is then directed to the 50mm outlet on the right-hand side for disposal.

Cleaning is made straightforward thanks to a large, easily accessible lid. The basket can be removed using two secure bars to dispose of collected waste, and once refitted, the lid is tightly secured with four spring clips. A rubber seal helps contain unpleasant odours, supporting a fresher-smelling working environment. Constructed from stainless steel, it is built for heavy use in restaurants, cafés, takeaways and hotels.
