KuKoo Grease Trap – 120 Litres

From KuKoo, this 120L Grease Trap is a stainless steel under-sink interceptor designed to help commercial kitchens maintain smoother, more hygienic drainage. By capturing food waste and separating oil from water, it supports cleaner flow through your system and reduces how often the tank needs emptying in busy service environments.

Inside, a large basket collects food waste as it enters, with small holes allowing water to pass through while oil rises to the surface. A baffle partitions the tank into two sections, with a 2cm clearance beneath it to allow water to transfer across and exit via the 50mm outlet on the right-hand side. For cleaning, the large lid is easily accessible, while two secure bars allow the basket to be removed for waste disposal. Once refitted, four spring clips and a rubber seal help contain unpleasant odours.
