KuKoo Commercial Hot Dog Steamer

Designed for the demands of food service, the KuKoo Commercial Hot Dog Steamer keeps service moving by heating hot dogs and buns at the same time. A spacious interior holds up to 100 hot dogs and 30 buns, with two grated trays for steaming sausages and a solid shelf above to warm buns separately. Both shelves are removable to make cleaning straightforward.

Built from food grade #304 stainless steel, it’s made for daily use in busy kitchens and is easy to keep hygienic thanks to its smooth construction. Sliding glass doors provide quick access while offering a clear view of the food without releasing heat. Temperature is controlled via an adjustable dial from 30°C to 110°C, supported by a built-in thermostat to maintain the set level. A water-level sensor warns when water runs low and automatically switches off the heating function until topped up, while a side drain tap helps dispose of excess water.
