Designed for food service settings, the KuKoo Commercial Hot Dog Steamer & Cart brings efficient, high-capacity steaming to restaurants, food trucks, canteens, takeaways and festival stands. Hot dogs and buns can be heated at the same time, with a spacious interior that holds up to 100 hot dogs and 30 buns for fast-paced service.

Inside, two grated trays steam sausages while a solid shelf above keeps buns warm and separate. Sliding glass doors provide easy access and clear visibility, helping retain heat during service, and the removable shelves make cleaning simpler. Built from food grade #304 stainless steel, the steamer is designed for demanding daily use and features a side water drain tap for straightforward emptying.

Temperature control is handled via an adjustable dial from 30°C to 110°C, supported by a built-in thermostat. A 2000W heating element reaches 100°C in 30 minutes, while illuminated buttons indicate operation. For added protection, a low-water sensor automatically switches off heating until water is topped up. The matching cart adds workspace and interior storage, with large wheels for manoeuvring and smaller wheels with brakes to keep the unit in place.
