KuKoo Large Commercial Pizza / Baking Oven & Pizza Peel

Designed for busy professional kitchens, the KuKoo Commercial Baking & Pizza Oven brings twin-deck capacity and precise control to restaurants, takeaways, cafés, pubs and bakeries. Free-standing and portable on four heavy duty wheels, it’s built to support high-volume service while keeping access straightforward during peak periods.

Each deck is controlled separately and lined with included fire stones to help achieve a stone-baked base, with reinforced steel doors providing individual access while helping retain heat. A digital audible timer supports consistent results, while the oven reaches temperatures up to 400°C and holds up to 12 x 10 inch pizzas in total. Supplied pre-set as three phase, it can be converted to single phase by a qualified electrician; the oven requires a 6mm cable for wiring.
