KuKoo Poultry Plucker Machine – 60cm

Designed to streamline poultry processing, the KuKoo Poultry Plucker Machine is a 60cm defeathering machine that removes the manual effort from plucking. Suitable for medium sized birds such as chicken, turkey and duck, it’s an essential piece of kit for farms and abattoirs where speed and consistency matter.

Built from hard-wearing stainless steel for robust, heavy-use performance, the drum is lined with 132 pre-fitted flexible rubber fingers that remove feathers by rubbing against the poultry. A spinning disc at the base moves birds around the drum to help ensure all areas come into contact with the fingers for clean, even results. Electrically powered with a simple on/off switch, the machine can defeather up to 8 birds at once, completing a full cycle in less than 60 seconds.

A fitted water pipe allows a hose connection to feed a stream of water into the barrel, helping wash away loose feathers as the machine runs. Feathers and excess water drain away via the waste drain chute, making post-use cleaning simpler.
