KuKoo Poultry Plucker Machine – 50cm

From KuKoo, this 50cm Poultry Plucker Machine is designed to streamline defeathering for farming settings and abattoirs. Suitable for medium-sized birds including chicken, turkey and duck, it offers a straightforward, time-saving way to process multiple birds with minimal manual effort.

Built from hard-wearing stainless steel, the robust drum is lined with 99 pre-fitted flexible rubber fingers that remove feathers through contact as the birds move around the barrel. A spinning disc at the base helps ensure full coverage, while the extra-wide opening makes loading simple. Electrically powered with a 2HP motor, the machine can defeather up to 5–6 birds at once, with a cycle taking less than 60 seconds. A fitted water pipe allows a hose connection to introduce a stream of water into the barrel, helping wash away loose feathers; waste water and feathers drain away via the waste drain chute to support easier cleaning after use.
