Poéme, launched in 1995, is a floral sweet fragrance for women made by Lancôme. This fragrance is perfect for Spring, Fall and Winter and is mostly worn during the evening time. Created by perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, this fragrance opens with a blend of Angel’s Trumpet, Bergamot, Blackcurrant, Blue Poppy, Green Notes, Mandarin Orange, Narcissus, Peach and Plum. Middle notes are a combination of Freesia, Heliotrope, Jasmine, Leather, Mimosa, Orange Blossom, Rose, Tuberose and Ylang-Ylang. The fragrance then dries down to give the base notes of Amber, Cedar, Musk, Tonka Bean and Vanilla.
