Liqui Moly Catalytic Converter Cleaner Cleans Entire Petrol Fuel System 300ml

Liqui Moly Catalytic-System Cleaner is a 300ml fuel system additive for all gasoline engines with a catalytic converter. Formulated for application through the intake tract, it cleans the intake tract, intake valves and combustion chamber while helping to protect the catalytic converter from clogging with soot.

This cleaner improves fuel combustion and helps prevent corrosion in the fuel system. Clean engines reduce fuel consumption and therefore CO2 emissions. It is intended for use where access can be established to the intake tract, ideally behind the turbocharger and immediately behind the air-flow sensor.

How to use

• Pour the additive into the LIQUI MOLY Pump-Spray Bottle (part no. 3316)
• Pump up the pump-spray bottle
• Establish access to the intake tract, ideally behind the turbocharger
• The access must be located immediately behind the air-flow sensor
• Start the engine and spray the additive into the intake tract at short intervals while the engine is at moderate speed of 2,000-3,000 rpm
• If the speed does not begin to fluctuate, lengthen the intervals between spraying
• If the speed fluctuates sharply (> 700 rpm), shorten the duration of spraying
• Check regularly that the pump-spray bottle has sufficient residual pressure for fine atomisation
• To ensure optimum cleaning of the fuel system, add Catalytic-System Clean (part no. 7110) to the fuel immediately after applying the additive
