Liqui Moly Diesel Purge injector cleaner is a 5L fuel system treatment for diesel engines, including vehicles with and without a diesel particulate filter. Formulated for preventive and remedial use, it removes deposits on injection nozzles and in the combustion chamber, while protecting the fuel system against corrosion.

It is fully compatible with conventional diesel and biodiesel fuels and tested for compatibility with turbochargers. The treatment boosts the cetane number, helps address engine running problems such as knocking at idle, and supports smooth engine running. The 5L contents are sufficient to treat up to 75 liters of fuel, making it suitable for use at inspection intervals, after repairs to the fuel system, or when addressing contamination-related running issues.

How to use

• For preventive use, add to diesel fuel according to the inspection intervals
• For remedial use, disconnect fuel feed and return lines and insert into the diesel purge
• Start the engine and run it at a variety of different speeds
• Switch off the engine before the container is empty
• Reconnect fuel lines to the fuel system and check for leaks
• Repeat the cleaning process if necessary in cases of extreme contamination
