-To prevent gas leakage, always close the main gas supply to the heater.

-Do not put any cloth or towel on the top of the gas water heater.

-lf you smell gas or gas is detected, turn off the gas valve immediately! Do not use a flame for leak detection! Do not touch the "on

off" switch once you have turned it off! Call a qualified service technician immediately!

-In winter, if the water temperature goes below 4°C, drain the water completely from the gas water heater through the drain valve to avoid any damage to the heater because of freezing temperatures.
