Ophthalmologically tested and suitable for lining the eye contour and inner rims, it can be applied close to the lashes, winged out, or smudged with a brush for a softer effect. The ultra-waterproof formula sets quickly, drying and sealing in approximately 30 seconds, so blending immediately after application is recommended when creating a soft-focus finish.
