Handmade to order in the UK, the shade is constructed with three layers for metallic-lined designs: foil lining, PVC, then the chosen cotton outer. This helps the exterior colour stay rich and opaque; light does not permeate through the sides, so illumination is directional and reflected by the copper lining. Fringing measures 10cm in length; please note that stated shade dimensions do not include the fringing.
