The steel frame uses robust 14-gauge tubing, while the Smith bar runs on commercial-grade linear metallic bearings along chrome-plated rails for a smooth glide and secure lock-off. Adjustable safety stoppers provide shock absorption, and the front cage includes adjustable bar holders with extra-long safety bar catches for free weight barbell work up to 136Kg. A cable-pull tower with 28 height settings expands the exercise range further, with attachments for pull-downs, rows, curls, pushdowns and more.
