Marcy’s MWM-4965 multi-gym gives home strength training a compact, well-organised footprint with a broad range of stations for full-body sessions. Built for beginners and intermediate users, it combines a 68kg vinyl-coated weight stack with up to 90kg of resistance, letting you move through chest work, pulley exercises, leg training and core work on one machine.

The frame is made from heavy-duty 14-gauge powder-coated steel and uses sealed-bearing pulleys with 900kg aircraft-grade cables for controlled, smooth movement. A quick selector pin makes resistance changes straightforward, while the integrated safety weight stack lock and protective shroud add reassurance during training. High-density padding on the seat and backrest, plus an integrated exercise chart, complete a home gym that is easy to use and well equipped for regular strength work.
