Marcy’s SM-6500 Functional Trainer packs cable training, barbell support and pull-up work into a compact home gym frame. Built with dual 68kg independent weight stacks and a 2:1 cable ratio, it supports single-side and split-resistance training with a smooth, continuous feel and a longer range of motion.

A one-handed adjustable high and low pulley system moves through more than 34 positions, making exercise changes quick and direct. The frame is made from heavy-duty tubular steel with an electrostatic powder-coated finish, while sealed ball-bearing pulleys and 2000lb tensile strength aircraft cables add to the machine’s robust construction. An instructional exercise chart on the protective shroud shows over 30 exercises, and the included attachments widen the training setup further.
