Marcy’s MWM-8307 premium home gym is a selectorised multi-gym built for full-body strength training at home. A 68kg cast iron weight stack generates up to 136kg of resistance, with an adjustable chest press, independent Pec Dec arms, and high and low pulley stations giving the machine a broad training range in one compact footprint.

Heavy-duty construction keeps the movement smooth and controlled, with a 14-gauge steel frame, sealed-bearing pulleys, solid guide rods and 2000lb aircraft cables. The six-position seat and four-position backrest allow a more tailored fit, while the convertible rowing handle and dedicated seated row station expand exercise variety across chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs and core.
