A three-layer design combines a carbon steel exterior with a ceramic core for heat retention, finished with a nano-silica non-stick coating for fuss-free frying and easier cleaning. The flat base helps distribute heat evenly across your hob, while a riveted handle adds stability when lifting and moving the wok. For added versatility, it’s suitable for a wide range of heat sources and can be used in the oven or under the grill up to 220°C.
