MasterClass Mini Madeleine Pan

From MasterClass, this 24-hole mini madeleine tray is designed for baking shell-shaped French sponge cakes with a feather-light finish. With 24 moulds, it’s ideal when you want neat, bite-sized bakes for sharing, afternoon tea or dessert platters, each formed with the classic madeleine shape.

Made from 1 mm thick carbon steel, the tray features shell-shaped depressions to help create beautifully defined sponges. A Quantum II double non-stick coating helps release your bakes easily, and it is BPA and PTFE-free. For lasting performance, the tin is electroplated and sandblasted for durability, and is designed not to warp, corrode, or flake.
