MasterClass Non-Stick Savarin Cake Pan

From MasterClass, this non-stick Savarin mould brings a distinctive ring shape to both sweet and savoury creations, helping you achieve neatly defined results bake after bake. Made from commercial grade carbon steel, it’s designed for consistent performance in the kitchen.

The ringed design is ideal for exotic bakes such as rum baba, piñata cakes and Polish babka, creating perfectly formed shapes for impressive presentation. It’s also suitable for chilling, so you can place it in the fridge or freezer when preparing cold savoury dishes such as salmon mousse or rice rings.

Engineered for durability, the tin is electroplated and sandblasted, with a 1 millimetre-thick construction designed not to warp, corrode or flake. A Quantum II Technology double non-stick coating is BPA and PTFE-free, helping food release easily. For added reassurance, it’s protected by a 20-year guarantee and a five-year non-stick guarantee.
