From MasterClass, the Professional Chefs’ Gas Blow Torch is a commercial-quality Kitchen Blow Torch designed for catering environments and serious home cooks. Built for controlled, precision work, it’s ideal for finishing dishes such as caramelising crème brûlées, browning lemon meringue pies, searing pork chops and steaks, or skinning tomatoes.

Ignition is trigger-operated via piezo ignition, producing a powerful flame that can be adjusted to suit delicate tasks or higher-heat searing. A lock-on flame function keeps the torch running without continuous pressure on the trigger, while an anti-flare flame burns cleanly in one direction for added confidence in use. When you release the trigger, the flame goes out instantly (when the flame lock is disengaged). For storage, a safety lock helps prevent accidental ignition, and the included stand allows the torch to cool safely and remain upright.
