From MasterClass, the Professional Cooks Blowtorch is a robust kitchen blow torch designed for commercial catering environments and serious home chefs. Built for controlled, precision work, it features an adjustable flame so you can tailor the size and temperature to suit delicate finishing or higher-heat tasks such as searing and crisping.

Ignition is trigger-operated with piezo ignition, producing a powerful flame for browning, caramelising, crisping, searing or skinning. For added control during longer jobs, a flame lock switch holds the flame in the on position, while an anti-flare flame burns cleanly in one direction to help protect your hands. When you’re finished, a safety lock helps prevent accidental ignition, and the included safety stand allows the torch to cool safely and be stored upright.
