Morris Golden Film SAE 30 classic motor oil is a low detergent and low dispersant monograde lubricant formulated for naturally aspirated four stroke petrol and diesel engines, as well as certain classic gearbox designs. It is suitable where engine design and tolerances prohibit the use of modern multigrade oils with high additive levels.

This oil is recommended for veteran, classic and vintage cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles and tractors. It is also suited to lightly loaded diesel engines used in canal boats, watercraft and older generators such as Lister and Perkins. For 1960s/70s VW air-cooled engines without full flow filters, the low level of detergent and dispersant makes it a suitable choice. Enhanced anti-foam properties support use in motorcycle and automotive classic gearbox designs.
