Motorhead 'The Manticore Tapes' LP Black Vinyl

Motorhead The Manticore Tapes is a black vinyl LP capturing the band’s first recording together following the 1976 line-up solidification of Lemmy (bass/vocals), Fast Eddie Clarke (guitar) and Phil ‘Philthy Animal’ Taylor. The tape was recorded in August 1976 at Emerson, Lake & Palmer’s Manticore Studio in Fulham, during rehearsals to showcase the new trio.

Discovered and restored 49 years later, this release includes additional alternate takes and instrumentals, offering a document of the group’s earliest sessions in this configuration.
