From Romania’s Dobrogea region, Murfatlar Vinoteca Cabernet Sauvignon 2000 Vintage is a sweet red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. With 12% ABV, it shows an intense red colour with violet reflections and a layered fruit character that suits richer dishes and slower, after-dinner serving.

The aroma combines blackcurrants and fresh raspberries, while the palate is full and velvety with subtle tannins and acidity. Served at 16–17°C, it pairs particularly well with juicy pork or beef roasts, smoked meats, spiced foods, hearty vegetables and fine aromatic cheeses.
