About this AAA Organic Matcha Tea

OMGTEA AAA Grade Matcha Green Tea is a very high grade organic, premium ceremonial matcha tea with a 1-Star Great Taste Award.

OMGTea AAA is made with only the finest leaves from the top of the plant and first harvest ground using a traditional granite stone mill, a process that takes more than an hour to grind 30 grams.

A perfect all-rounder, the AAA is ideal for consuming straight as tea and also as a latte.

• Ceremonial organic matcha that is mild and smooth, with a delicate aftertaste and distinctive umami sweetness.
• A bright emerald green and rich fragrance.
• Can be prepared as a koicha (thick tea) or usucha (thin tea)and used in lattes.
• Fine, smooth texture (may create lumps but this is a sign of quality!)

Preparation

Place 1/2 heaped teaspoon of matcha into a tea strainer over a mug or bowl to remove any lumps. Add a few drops of 80 water and mix to create a paste. Fill with more 80 water and whisk until frothy and smooth.
