Orin Swift Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc 2023 75cl

Orin Swift’s Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a white wine shaped by Dave Phinney, offering a distinctive take on the variety. Pink grapefruit leads the aromatic profile, followed by cedar, dried herbs and fresh hay, while the palate brings a richer, unctuous texture than a more classic expression.

Juicy and full-bodied, it opens into ripe peach and passion fruit before a tangy, bright finish of grapefruit and lemon zest. Its generous character and freshness make it a compelling bottle for the table.
