Osmo UV Protection Oil Extra - Clear

For exterior timber that needs a clear protective finish, Osmo UV Protection Oil Extra is suited to a wide range of outdoor wood surfaces. This exterior wood oil is used on external doors, window frames, windowsills, carports, timber cladding, balconies, screens, smooth fences, pergolas, summer houses and outdoor furniture.

It provides UV resistance along with a microporous, penetrating finish that does not crack, peel or flake. The coating is water and dirt-resistant, moisture regulating and helps reduce wood swelling. Clear 410 can also be used as a top coat over Osmo Natural Oil Woodstain and Osmo Country Colour, while the Natural 429 option is formulated to maintain the untreated appearance of lighter woods including Oak, Pine and Larch.

Reapplication can be carried out without sanding.

Safety information

• Natural 429 is not suitable for dark exotic hardwoods, as it may produce a milky or white film appearance.
