KuKoo Grease Trap – 35 Litres

From KuKoo, this 35L Grease Trap is a stainless steel under-sink interceptor designed to help keep commercial kitchen drainage running smoothly and hygienically. Created to capture and separate food waste from oil and water, it supports cleaner drainage with a substantial capacity that reduces the need for frequent emptying in busy environments.

Inside, a large basket captures food waste as it enters the trap, while small holes allow water to pass through and oil rises to the surface. A baffle partitions the tank into two sections, with a 2cm clearance beneath it to allow water to transfer across and flow to the 50mm outlet on the right-hand side. For cleaning, the large lid is designed for easy access; the basket can be removed using two secure bars, then the lid is refitted and fastened with four spring clips and a rubber seal to help contain unpleasant odours.
