KuKoo Grease Trap – 35 Litres

Designed for busy commercial environments, the KuKoo Grease Trap (35 Litres) helps keep kitchen drainage running smoothly by capturing and separating food waste from oil and water. Fitted under the sink, this interceptor supports a more hygienic setup and, with a substantial 35L capacity, reduces how often the tank needs emptying.

Inside, a large basket collects food waste as it enters the trap. Small holes allow water to pass through while oil rises to the surface. A partitioning baffle creates two distinct sections to aid grease separation, with a 2cm clearance beneath it to allow water to transfer over and flow to the 50mm outlet on the right-hand side for disposal.

Cleaning is straightforward thanks to a large, accessible lid that allows a thorough clean to support hygiene and performance. Two secure bars make it easy to remove the basket for waste disposal, while four spring clips and a rubber seal help keep the lid tightly secured to contain unpleasant odours. Constructed from stainless steel, it is built for heavy use in restaurants, cafés, takeaways and hotels.
