The wine combines ripe pear fruit with a green fennel herbal note, while a measured layer of high-quality oak adds polish without masking its character. Beneath the fruit and oak, a tight, grippy mineral edge brings structure and balance, giving it appeal now and the capacity to develop further over the next few years.
