Hand crafted by Fair Trade artisans, the Paper High Indra Medium Embossed Leather Journal with Semi-Precious Stone is designed to travel with you, with a hand-bound finish made to withstand everyday knocks and bumps. The leather cover is a by-product of the meat industry in India, tanned using only natural dyes and protected with natural oils to soften and age over time.

Embossed detailing is created using small handmade tools, so each journal is unique and the pattern may vary from the one pictured. Semi-precious stones are stitched on and will also differ by nature. Inside, unlined pages are made from handmade khadda paper (also known as kaddi or khaddi), crafted from recycled, unbleached cotton salvaged from the Indian garment industry. Lightly textured and luxuriously thick, it suits writing, drawing, painting, journaling, or scrapbooking; it works well with ball-point pens, gel pens, or watercolours, but is not recommended for fountain pens.
