Petromax Cast Iron Dutch Oven

From Petromax, this Cast Iron Dutch Oven is designed for cooking and baking outdoors over an open fire or with charcoal and briquettes, as well as for use in your oven at home. Building on a long cast-iron tradition, it combines efficient heat storage with even distribution, helping you cook everything from soups and stews to casseroles, meat dishes and cakes.

A pre-treated, seasoned finish means it can be used straight away without an initial seasoning. The raised edge on the lid allows embers or charcoal to be placed on top, heating the pot from all sides for results such as bread baking. Handling is made easier with a sturdy carry handle, while a thermometer hole lets you check the temperature without lifting the lid. Please note that the ft1 lid has no legs, so it cannot be used as a pan.
