Care

Do not leave the spoon to soak in water for long periods; clean thoroughly with warm water and cleaning powder, then stand on end and allow to air-dry. If the oiling diminishes with use, rub in hot, flavourless vegetal oil or paraffin oil (paraffinum perliquidum), leave overnight, then wipe away any surplus; repeat regularly as needed.
