Phoenix Fitness Boxing Man

From Phoenix Fitness, the Freestanding Boxing Man is a lifelike punching dummy designed for boxing, kickboxing, MMA and martial arts training at home or in the gym. The full-size torso helps you practise a wide range of strikes, while the freestanding design means there’s no need for wall or ceiling mounts, making it easy to position in almost any fitness space.

Built to offer realistic resistance and rebound, it features a shock-absorbing construction with natural latex skin and a urethane foam core. The torso height adjusts from 153–178cm, allowing you to tailor your training for higher or lower targets. For stability during sessions, the base can be filled with sand or water up to 85kg.
