Designed for boxing training, the Tuf Wear Balboa Floor to Ceiling Top to Bottom Ball is a well-balanced, shaped ball that hangs from ceiling to floor to support hand-to-eye co-ordination work. Made from heavy duty synthetic leather, it’s built for regular practice and features side lacing to allow the bladder to be changed when needed.

Supplied with top and bottom bungee cords, it can be suspended to create a responsive target for timing and accuracy drills. The top cord is deliberately cut shorter than the bottom so the ball rests at head height, helping you keep your training consistent and focused.
