PixMax 2 x PTFE Sheets 48cm x 58cm

From PixMax, these PTFE Sheets are designed for use with heat presses, helping to keep your press clean and in good condition during sublimation and heat transfer work. Supplied as a set of 2, each sheet measures 48cm x 58cm and is sized to suit most presses, including PixMax 38x38cm and 40x50cm Heat Presses.

Placed between the heat press platen and your sublimation paper or vinyl, the sheets create a practical barrier that helps protect the platen from residual glue and ink build-up. They also support even heat distribution during the transfer process, while being easy to clean for repeated use. In busy workflows, they offer added reassurance if paper or vinyl is positioned incorrectly, allowing you to remove or replace the sheet rather than tackling difficult platen cleaning.

PTFE Sheets can also help keep garments in place, reducing the need for heat tape and helping to prevent the ghosting effect caused by transfer paper shifting as the platen lifts. For additional protection, a second sheet can be used beneath garments to help stop sublimation inks penetrating the rubber lower platen cover.
