PixMax Reusable Heat Resistant PTFE Sheet for Sublimation & Vinyl Heat Presses, 48cm x 58cm

Designed for sublimation and vinyl heat pressing, the PixMax reusable heat resistant PTFE sheet helps protect your heat press while supporting cleaner, more consistent results. Made from premium grade PTFE material, it creates a practical barrier between the heat press platen and your sublimation paper or vinyl, helping to keep the platen in good condition and reducing residual build-up of glue and ink.

During the heat transfer process, the sheet helps ensure heat is evenly distributed. It can also be a useful safeguard in busy working periods; if vinyl or sublimation paper is placed the wrong way up, the PTFE sheet can be removed or replaced so you can continue pressing without the difficult task of cleaning the platen. Easy to clean, it’s designed to be used time and time again.

As well as protecting the platen, the sheet helps keep garments in place, reducing the need for heat tape and helping to prevent the ghosting effect caused by transfer paper shifting as the platen is lifted. For added protection, an additional sheet can be used under garments to help prevent sublimation inks from penetrating the rubber lower platen cover.
