From PixMax, this reusable heat resistant PTFE Sheet is designed for sublimation and vinyl heat pressing, helping to keep your heat press clean and in good condition. Made from premium grade PTFE material, it creates a practical barrier between the heat press platen and your sublimation paper or vinyl, reducing residual build-up of glue and ink on the platen so you can keep working with fewer interruptions.

During the heat transfer process, the sheet helps ensure heat is evenly distributed. It can also be a useful safeguard if vinyl or sublimation paper is accidentally placed the wrong way up; rather than cleaning the platen, you can remove or replace the sheet and continue pressing. As well as being easily cleaned for repeated use, it helps keep garments in place, reducing the need for heat tape and helping to prevent the ghosting effect caused by transfer paper shifting as the platen is lifted. For added protection, an additional PTFE sheet can be used under garments to help prevent sublimation inks from penetrating the rubber lower platen cover.
