From Portwest, the Bizweld Flame Resistant Cape Hood is designed for welding and other hot work where dependable head and neck protection is required. Certified for use in high-risk industrial environments, it helps guard against radiant, convective and contact heat, as well as molten metal splash.

Made from Bizweld work fabric in 100% cotton, the integrated cape provides extended coverage, while a self-fabric drawcord allows the fit to be adjusted and secured. With high UV protection rated UPF 40+, it blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays, supporting comfort and confidence during prolonged wear. This hood must be worn in conjunction with a compatible FR coverall or a jacket and trouser combination.
