Portwest Expertbase Safety Helmet

Portwest Expertbase Safety Helmet is built around a high-density polypropylene shell with an unvented profile for electrical applications. A 4-point plastic suspension harness supports comfortable wear and is easy to clean, while a soft foam sweatband is included for added comfort.

The headband adjusts via a slip ratchet system, with a buckle-adjustable size range of 55–62cm. It is compatible with PW42 clip-on ear muffs and the PW58 helmet visor carrier. Certified to CE and CE-CAT III, it also meets electrical insulation requirements up to 1000Vac or 1500Vdc (EN 50365) and electrical properties to 440Vac, with lateral deformation performance and a stated lifetime of up to 7 years from the manufacturing date when undamaged.
