The diamond infused non-stick surface is PFOA free and supports cooking with no or little oil. For added reassurance during use, the heat resistant handle is designed to stay cool to the touch while cooking, giving a comfortable grip. Suitable for all hobs including induction, gas and electric, it can also be used to start dishes on the hob and finish them in the oven up to 180°C / Gas mark 4, before going straight into the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
