From Pro-Kleen, PatioSeal Matt is a professional patio sealant designed to leave a clear matt finish across a wide range of hard surfaces, including Indian sandstone, concrete, slate and brickwork. Suitable for indoor and outdoor hard floors, it helps protect patios, paths and internal stone walkways with a waterproof seal that supports resistance to weathering and staining.

Ideal for outdoor living areas, it is particularly useful around barbecues to help prevent stains from oil, fat and grease. For best results, ensure surfaces are clean and free from dirt, debris and floral growth, then shake well before use. Test a small area for compatibility, pour into a sprayer and apply an even coat, avoiding over-application to prevent ponding. One coat is recommended, though porous substrates may require a second. Do not apply in wet weather or when rain is expected.
