Putnams Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) Knee Pillow

From Putnams, this Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction Knee Pillow is designed to help keep the knees apart and the pelvis aligned during sleep or when seated. Developed for use during pregnancy and also suited to those experiencing hip, knee or lower back discomfort, it supports side sleeping on either the left or right side and can also be used in a chair or wheelchair.

Made from high density foam, the pillow is shaped to sit comfortably between the knees, helping to space the legs wider apart. A removable zipped cover includes an adjustable Velcro strap that fastens to either leg to help keep the pillow in place while sleeping. Putnams has manufactured this knee pillow for over 40 years, and it is also available in a memory foam version.
