Race Glaze Water Filter (14 Litre)

The Race Glaze Water Filter is a 14 litre mixed bed resin unit supplied ready to use for spot-free final rinsing after washing. Filled with MB115 resin, it connects via 3/4′ threads for male adapters for Hozelock hosepipe fixings. The taller 6" diameter by 35" high vessel is intended to increase contact time between water and resin, helping produce pure filtered rinse water that can be left to dry naturally without white water spots.

Tested at a standard flow rate of 6 litres per minute using Harpenden mains water at 420ppm TDS, the filter produced 1,105 litres of water before quality reached 10ppm. The unit weighs 10kg and stands 100cm high. Its tall, slightly top-heavy form means it needs to be secured upright, and wall brackets are supplied for this purpose. For refilling, the resin is replaced with 2 x 7L refill bags.
