These are manufactured with a chain guide to provide smooth chain operation and lightweight steel construction for ease of use and transport. The safety hooks are drop forged and heat treated to ensure safety and durability. The brake device on this lever hoist is brake disc and clutch spring, when the weight is over 30kg this will engage immediately, if the weight is below 30kg the clutch spring will need to adjust to engage brake disc. This will happen automatically and usually within 2 seconds.
