Regal Rogue Wild Rosé Vermouth is an Australian dry red vermouth made from organic Australian wine and bottled at 16.5% ABV. Created with fruit from organic vineyards and produced with no wood interaction, it brings together Barossa Valley Shiraz with Hunter Valley Semillon in a style shaped by native Australian aromatics including pepperberry, wattle seed and thyme.

Warming spice notes of cinnamon, clove, star anise, nutmeg and ginger give the vermouth a layered character, while the palate is semi-dry with lingering spice and complexity. One of the world’s first dry red vermouths, it works particularly well as a wine aperitif.
